Dr. Rosana Lastra
Dr. Rosana Lastra is a board-certified pediatrician and founder of Head2Toe Pediatrics, where she practices relationship-centered care focused on whole-child wellbeing and evidence-based medicine. Drawing on her Puerto Rican heritage and cross-cultural experiences, she brings empathy and understanding to families navigating uncertainty, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
At Head2Toe Pediatrics, care goes beyond the exam room, creating a space where families feel seen, supported, and safe. In honor of National Women Physicians Week, Dr. Lastra celebrates women physicians who lead with courage, compassion, and dedication to children and their communities.


Dr. Jasmine Jacob
Dr. Jasmine Jacob is a board certified cardiologist. Originally from New York, she has been in the Tampa area for 10 years practicing at BayCare Medical Group in St Petersburg, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at Union College in Schenectady NY, then she went on to complete her graduate studies with a Masters of Medical Sciences and Masters of Public Health at Boston University. From there she completed her medical school training at St George’s University in Grenada, WI. Dr. Jacob completed her residency and fellowship at NYU-Winthrop in Mineola, NY.
Dr. Jacob has been recognized as a Tampa Bay Top Doctor in 2025. She is passionate about all areas of cardiology and enjoys the connections made with patients and collaborating with colleagues. Outside of work, Dr. Jacob is a proud mom of two children. She values her family life with her husband who is a Tampa Bay native. She enjoys traveling, art, photography, music and all kinds of creative projects.


Dr. Bose Neeru
Dr. Bose Neeru is a board-certified medical oncologist known for her commitment to patient-centered care, access, and service. She completed her residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and her fellowship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. She went on to spend eight years building and leading a large private oncology practice in the Chicagoland area, where she emphasized compassionate, quality-driven care grounded in communication, collaboration, and trust.
After relocating to Tampa, Dr. Bose assumed leadership of a virtual second-opinion program that connects patients with cancer diagnoses to expert opinions from NCI- and NCCN-designated academic centers. Her work is driven by a passion for expanding access to high-level oncology expertise, particularly for patients in rural and underserved communities.
Family remains central to her life. Dr. Bose enjoys traveling with her husband, Dr. Lohith Bose, and their son, Dylan, and values the perspective gained through experiencing diverse cultures. As the daughter of immigrants, she is deeply committed to initiatives that expand access to education and support vulnerable populations. She is also proud to work alongside colleagues advancing the mission of the Tampa Female Physician Network.


Dr. Nayyar
Dr. Nayyar is a New York City–trained, double board-certified dermatologist and Founder & Medical Director of Dermaclinique. Internationally recognized for her expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery, reconstructive dermatologic surgery, hair restoration, and advanced cosmetic procedures, her training includes an NIH Clinical Research Fellowship and a specialized procedural dermatology fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.
Guided by a commitment to precision and personalized care, Dr. Nayyar has built Dermaclinique into a thriving, boutique practice serving the Tampa Bay community, offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. A published author and sought-after speaker, she continues to contribute to advancements in the field. As a physician, surgeon, founder, and mother of three girls, Dr. Nayyar embodies leadership, innovation, and compassion in modern dermatology.


Dr. Marai Roque
Dr. Marai Roque is a board certified family medicine concierge physician who believes deeply in relationship-based, patient-centered care. She is passionate about advocating for her patients, truly listening to them, and building lifelong relationships rooted in trust. She cares for patients of all ages, allowing entire families to have one medical home rather than fragmented care, and strives to make every patient feel supported and confident that they have someone who genuinely has their back with their health.
Dr. Roque is committed to bringing ease, warmth, and a personal touch back to medicine, while empowering patients to take ownership of their health. She is also a dedicated women’s health advocate, treating a wide range of women’s health conditions in her clinic, with a strong focus on perimenopause and other life transitions, helping women live strong, healthy, and fulfilling lives at every stage.


Sree Lalitha Degala, MD
Dr. Sree Lalitha Degala MD, MSPH is a board-certified radiologist with over 20 years of experience and dual fellowship training in neuroradiology and breast imaging. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her medical degree from East Carolina University. She completed her radiology residency at Wake Forest University, followed by fellowship training in neuroradiology at Emory University and breast imaging at with Moffitt Cancer Center with University of South Florida.
Dr. Degala is deeply committed to women’s health and has served on the Board of Directors of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She has also contributed to national education efforts, teaching ultrasound-guided biopsy and advanced breast biopsy techniques.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Degala is a passionate artist, working in painting and photography. She also enjoys gardening and spending time with family.


Janeen Alidina, MD
Janeen Alidina, MD is an OB-GYN with The Woman’s Group, where she has been caring for women for the past 10 years. She grew up in Clearwater, Florida, attended college and medical school at the University of Florida, and completed her residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg. As a physician and a mother of three daughters, Dr. Alidina is deeply passionate about supporting women through every stage of life. She is proud to serve the same community that shaped her and honored to celebrate National Women Physicians Week alongside so many inspiring women in medicine

Dr. Shama Rathi
Dr. Shama Rathi, MD is a double board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, completed her psychiatry residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at NYU.
Dr. Rathi is the founder of LunaJoy Health, a mental health platform dedicated to earlier screening, detection, and treatment of pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders. Under her leadership, LunaJoy expanded into 13 states and embedded within over 100 OBGYN practices to deliver accessible, integrated mental health care at the point of need reaching women during one of the most vulnerable periods of their lives. Our mission is to improve access to women with high-quality therapy and counseling.

Jahnavi (Janel) Pastore
Jahnavi (Janel) Pastore, MD is a board certified fellowship trained Radiologist who brings over 18 years of expertise to our community. Dr. Pastore earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, and simultaneously obtained an MBA through the Tufts, Northeastern, and Brandeis Universities combined program. She completed her training at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA. She moved to Florida in 2007 and quickly became known for her compassionate approach and clinical excellence.
With a passion for women's health and wellness, Dr. Pastore serves as Chief of Breast Imaging at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health. She provides comprehensive breast cancer screening and diagnostic services including image-guided biopsies and preoperative localizations. Dr. Pastore ensures every patient's breast imaging and diagnostic needs are met with the highest level of care.

Dr. Jennifer Eatrides
Dr. Jennifer Eatrides is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist who completed all of her medical training—from medical school through fellowship—here in Tampa at the University of South Florida. She is an Associate Member in the Department of Community and Satellite Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center and serves as the Medical Director at Moffitt International Plaza, Moffitt’s ambulatory site in South Tampa.
Dr. Eatrides is also actively involved in fellow education through teaching rounds on Moffitt’s consult service at Tampa General Hospital, where she helps train the next generation of physicians while continuing to learn alongside them. Her clinical focus includes benign blood disorders, malignant hematology, and gastrointestinal cancers.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Eatrides cherishes time with her three children, who keep life balanced, busy, and full.


Dr. Parveen S. Vahora
Dr. Parveen S. Vahora offers a boutique, highly personalized approach to women’s health, specializing in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery. Board-certified and fellowship-trained, she treats conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding with an emphasis on elegant solutions and faster recovery.
She is especially recognized for guiding women through perimenopause and menopause with individualized, evidence-based care. Known for advancing women’s health locally, Dr. Vahora was the first to perform a single-site robotic hysterectomy in North Pinellas County and is the only physician in the area to offer MonaLisa Touch laser therapy.

Dr. Preeti Kallu
Dr. Preeti Kallu is a board-certified internal medicine physician serving the Tampa Bay area, providing highly personalized, concierge-style care through Internal Medicine of Tampa Bay. Her proactive, relationship-driven approach focuses on prevention, long-term health optimization, and empowering patients in their care.
She integrates lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and evidence-based preventive strategies, with special emphasis on women’s health, midlife wellness, hormonal balance, cardiovascular risk reduction, and healthy aging.
Dr. Kallu earned her medical degree from Osmania Medical College and completed her residency at Harrisburg Hospital, Penn State University. She has practiced at Buffalo General Hospital and has served the Tampa Bay community for several years. Dr. Jennifer Eatrides
Dr. Courtney Simmons, MD is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with acute and chronic pain. She earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, completed her anesthesiology residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and a pain medicine fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Simmons specializes in interventional and multimodal pain management, treating spine-related, neuropathic, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical pain conditions. She is known for her patient-centered approach, clear communication, and commitment to improving function, safety, and quality of life through individualized care.


Dr. Daphne O’Reilly
Dr. Daphne O’Reilly is a board-certified internal medicine physician recognized for contributing to measurable improvements in patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and quality-focused care. She is currently completing leadership training and is a strong advocate for women in medicine, with a commitment to equity, collaboration, and excellence in clinical care.


Dr. Yamilet Tirado
Dr. Yamilet Tirado is a double board-certified pediatric otolaryngologist at Tampa Children’s ENT, providing specialized ear, nose, and throat care to children in the Tampa Bay area. She earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, and completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine followed by a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
Dr. Tirado joined Tampa Children’s ENT in 2021 after a decade at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami and provides care at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital and Brandon Regional Hospital. She specializes in congenital and head and neck disorders, airway procedures, and functional and cosmetic nasal surgery.
She is an active member and fellow of several national professional organizations and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her husband and children.


Dr. Tessa Goodman
Dr. Tessa Goodman is a board certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist. She completed her general psychiatry residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and then her geriatric psychiatry fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical Center.
She was the administrative psychiatrist for the Weill Cornell and Columbia Medical Center Acute Telepsychiatry Consultation Liaison Service providing neuropsychiatric evaluations for complicated medically ill patients in NYC. She is also a published textbook author on agitation management in older adults.
She has recently joined Talkiatry, the nations largest mental health tele provider, and is licensed in NY, CT and most recently Florida providing outpatient medication management and therapy for a variety of psychopathology including depression, anxiety, and geriatric care.


Dr. Aishwarya Sriram
Dr. Aishwarya Sriram is board-certified ophthalmologist who recently joined the faculty at University of South Florida. She practices neuro-ophthalmology, adult strabismus, and general ophthalmology. She is passionate about global health and has traveled extensively to learn, teach, and collaborate with ophthalmologists around the world. She is excited to soak up the Florida sunshine and help the patients in the Tampa Bay area.


Dr. Isenalumhe
Dr. Isenalumhe is uniquely dual-trained in pediatric and adult oncology, with a specialized focus on adolescents and young adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and aggressive lymphomas. She serves as an Associate Member and Medical Director of Malignant Hematology at Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, where she also leads the innovative IPOP service—an advanced care model that safely delivers traditionally inpatient chemotherapy regimens in the outpatient setting, enhancing both patient experience and system efficiency.
Deeply committed to medical education, Dr. Isenalumhe was appointed Chair of the American Society of Hematology Review Series at its inception and served in this role for five years (2020–2026), guiding its growth into a nationally recognized educational platform with consistently strong learner outcomes. She remains an active ASH leader in multiple capacities, with a dedicated focus on advancing education and mentorship for the next generation of hematologists.
A proud Latina physician originally from the Dominican Republic, Dr. Isenalumhe brings both cultural perspective and deep compassion to her work. Outside of medicine, she treasures time with her husband, their spirited young daughters, and their beloved dog, Phoenix—finding joy and balance in family, community, and purpose-driven care.


Dr. Joyce Thomas
Dr. Joyce Thomas, MD, FACP, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients in the primary care setting. She completed medical school at the University of Tasmania in Australia, followed by an Internal Medicine residency in Rochester, New York, and a Women’s Health Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.


Dr. Isenalumhe
Dr. Sheetal K. Patel, MD, MBA began her career as a board-certified radiologist, earning her medical degree from the University of Miami and completing her radiology residency and a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the University of South Florida. She practiced with a leading Tampa radiology group for nine years, specializing in sports and orthopedic imaging.
In 2014, Dr. Patel earned her MBA from the University of South Florida, graduating at the top of her class. She subsequently transitioned from clinical medicine into business leadership, leading to her current role as Chief Operating Officer of the Patel Family Office.
As COO, Dr. Patel oversees operations and investment management across all portfolios and actively manages a real estate portfolio totaling nearly $1 billion in assets spanning hospitality, commercial real estate, and development. She is also deeply involved in nonprofit and philanthropic initiatives in healthcare and education, both domestically and internationally, and serves locally as Vice President and board member of The Charity Polo Classic, supporting its mission to strengthen the Tampa Bay community.


Dr. Isenalumhe
Dr. Rosario Hidalgo is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in adult mood and anxiety disorders. She earned her medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires and completed her psychiatry residency and psychopharmacology fellowship at Duke University in 2005.
Dr. Hidalgo divides her time between her private practice, Tampa Comprehensive Psychiatry, and clinical research at Accel Research Sites, where she evaluates novel psychiatric treatments and medical devices. Her direct-care practice emphasizes privacy, continuity, and collaborative, patient-centered care.
Previously, Dr. Hidalgo served as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida and Director of the Depression and Anxiety Research Institute. She has extensive experience as a principal investigator in clinical trials and has volunteered since 2014 providing mental health care to underserved populations in Hillsborough County.

Dr. Correa-Selm
Dr. Correa-Selm is a U.S. board certified dermatologist and internist, international dermatologist, fellowship trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and expert confocalist.
She is an Associate Professor at the Dermatology Department of The University of South Florida and is part of the cutaneous oncology multidisciplinary team at Moffitt Cancer Center, where she is the Chief of the Dermatology Division.
Prior to being at USF/Moffitt, she was the Director of Cutaneous Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital while also teaching as an assistant professor at FSU. Before moving to Florida, she completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery in New Jersey after completing her Dermatology residency at Rutgers - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Additionally, she also accomplished a confocal microscopy fellowship and a laser/cosmetic research fellowship. She also performed research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer in New York, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Cornell New York Downtown Hospital and performed research at Harvard's renowned Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston following spending one year as a physician in a remote underserved area of South America.
She is a published author of numerous book chapters in dermatology as well as articles in important medical journals.


Dr. Amy Solomon
Dr. Amy Solomon is a board-certified OB/GYN based in Tampa, Florida. Born and raised in Tampa, she has served the community for 28 years as part of Women’s Care Tampa, a division of Women’s Care Florida. She sees patients at two convenient office locations: one at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital and another in the Carrollwood area. For patient convenience, the Carrollwood office offers 3D mammograms and in-office surgeries performed with an anesthesiologist. Both locations provide ultrasound services and on-site blood draws.
Dr. Solomon is committed to personalized care and patient education, and she offers the most up-to-date medical treatment options. She is trained in robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques and provides comprehensive women’s healthcare for every stage of life—from contraception and pregnancy care to menopause management. Dr. Marina S. Kaufman
Dr. Marina S. Kaufman, MD is a board-certified gastroenterologist specializing in gastroenterology and hepatology, with a particular focus on comprehensive general GI care for female patients. She completed her medical training in New York at SUNY Downstate and has been in clinical practice since 2013.
Dr. Kaufman brings extensive experience across both private and public healthcare settings, including private practice, VA systems, and contract-based roles. She has worked across multiple major health systems and hospitals, including AdventHealth, Lee Health, Health First, and HCA, giving her a broad and adaptable clinical perspective.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Kaufman is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She and her family love to travel as much as possible, often internationally. In her personal time, she enjoys growing rare roses and orchids, baking and decorating cakes, and cooking. Her children are highly active in academics, competitive sports, and acting and modeling—activities that have further fueled the family’s passion for global travel and cultural exploration.


Dr Eva Gupta
Dr. Eva Gupta is a medical oncologist and hematologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Pasco County. Prior to receiving her internal medicine training at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Gupta served as a research assistant at Michigan State University, where she investigated the role of sentinel lymph node mapping in colon cancer and worked on National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSAPB) protocols.
Following her residency, Dr. Gupta relocated to Jacksonville, Florida and practiced as a hospitalist before pursuing additional medical training. Subsequently, Dr. Gupta completed subspecialty fellowship training in hematology/oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, one of the largest and most highly regarded medical centers in the world and internationally recognized for its scientific excellence and focus on cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Gupta has a keen interest in clinical research. She has presented her research at national symposiums and been published in several peer-reviewed journals. In 2017, Dr. Gupta joined FCS in Hillsborough County. She serves on the FCS Quality Committee.


Dr. Archana Swami
Dr. Archana Swami is a board certified endocrinologist. She completed her residency in Boston and fellowship in endocrinology at University of Massachusetts.
She has been practicing endocrinology since 2014, moving to Tampa to be closer to family and calls Tampa home. She has worked at a multi-speciality practice and tampa general hospital prior to launching her private solo practice Prime endocrinology of Tampa in 2021.
She looks forward to partnering with her patients and primary care physicians. She believes in practicing evidence based endocrinology. Her primary interested include diabetes, thyroid disease, medical weight loss and woman’s health. She believes the best way to practice medicine is by establishing lasting relationships with patients!

Dr. Carpenter
Dr. Carpenter is a dually board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and expertise in Lifestyle Medicine, with a passion for advancing patient care through innovative regenerative medicine techniques. With 10 years of experience in musculoskeletal health and functional restoration, experience in hospital and office based setting, Dr. Carpenter combines evidence-based practices with cutting-edge therapies to help patients achieve optimal recovery and improved quality of life. Dr. Gaelle Laurore-Fray
Dr. Gaelle Laurore-Fray is a board-certified family medicine physician and diplomate of the American Board of Obesity and Lifestyle Medicine with a deep passion for community health and medical education. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Haiti before relocating to Miami, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a neuroscience focus from Princeton University. She received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL, and completed her family medicine residency at Broward Health in Fort Lauderdale.
Following residency, Dr. Laurore-Fray joined Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC), Florida’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center, where she now serves as Executive Vice President of Medicine and Medical Education and Medical Director of the Tampa Family Infusion Center. She leads the growth of multiple residency programs, including the new Family Medicine residency with BayCare Health and the upcoming Pediatrics residency with KPIGME, and spearheaded TFHC’s weight loss program, now serving approximately 1,100 patients monthly. Outside of medicine, she enjoys time with her husband and two children and channels her creativity through interior design and DIY projects.


Dr. Kerry Reller
Dr. Kerry Reller is a board-certified Family and Obesity Medicine physician and the owner of Clearwater Family Medicine and Allergy in the Tampa Bay area. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care by integrating primary care, allergy services, metabolic health, and menopause care, with a focus on prevention and treating the whole person—not just a diagnosis.
Dr. Reller completed her medical training and family medicine residency at the University of Maryland, then returned to Florida to work alongside her father, gaining hands-on experience in allergy and asthma care and later assuming leadership of the practice. Today, she balances caring for patients with leading a growing medical practice.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Reller is a mom of three who truly practices what she preaches- prioritizing health, balance, and sustainability in real life. She also hosts The Get Healthy Tampa Bay Podcast, highlighting physicians and health professionals making a meaningful impact in the community. Dr. Rosa Taveras-Delgado
Dr. Rosa Taveras-Delgado, MD, FAAP is a Dominican, board-certified pediatrician at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Rima Sanka
Dr. Rima Sanka grew up in upstate New York and attended Cornell University before serving with AmeriCorps in Washington, D.C. She earned her medical degree in Philadelphia and relocated to Tampa Bay in 2002, where she completed her residency at the University of South Florida and specialized in Pediatrics and Allergy & Immunology—an especially fitting field for Florida’s year-round allergy season.
A physician, business owner, and mother of two, Dr. Sanka joined Advanced Allergy and Asthma Care in 2007 and played a key leadership role in expanding the women-led practice to five locations across Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. The practice celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024, and in 2025 Dr. Sanka was honored as Business Woman of the Year by the Indo–U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She serves as Section Head of Sarcoma Medical Oncology, Clinical Research Medical Director and Associate Program Director for the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program, while also holding an appointment as Associate Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine.
Dr. Druta’s career is distinguished by her leadership in clinical research and her contributions to advancing novel therapies for soft tissue sarcomas, including leiomyosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, myxoid/round cell liposarcoma, and gastrointestinal stromal tumors. As Principal Investigator for more than 40 phase I–III clinical trials, she has played a central role in developing and evaluating emerging immunotherapies, engineered T‑cell therapies, targeted agents, and combination strategies. Dr. Jessica Frakes is an Associate Member in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center and Program Director of their Radiation Oncology Residency Program. Dr. Frakes completed her Radiation Oncology Residency at the University of South Florida / Moffitt Cancer Center.
Her clinical expertise encompasses the use of radiation therapy to help patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancers, including esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, hepatobiliary, rectal, and anal cancer. Dr. Frakes is dedicated to a personalized approach in designing advanced radiation techniques that include MRI guided adaptive radiation therapy, stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), as well as liver-directed therapies such as radiation embolization.

Dr. Bhat
Dr. Bhat is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. Her practice focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body and she is one of the few aesthetic fellowship-trained plastic surgeons in the area. She completed her pediatric training in Texas, residency at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.
Dr. Gaviria has held academic appointments as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at both the University of Alabama (UAB) and now Associate Professor at the University of South Florida (USF) College of Medicine since 2020.
Her clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of pediatric infections, offering both inpatient and outpatient consultations at Tampa General Hospital and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Gaviria is also actively involved in medical education, she works closely with medical students and pediatric residents. She is passionate about the training of the next generation of doctors.
At the heart of her practice, Dr. Gaviria believes every child deserves the highest standard of medical care delivered with compassion and empathy.


Dr. Chhavi Gupta
Dr. Chhavi Gupta is a board certified Nephrologist and completed her Nephrology fellowship at University of Miami. She is the founder and owner of Tampa Bay Renal, LLC. She has been Voted as Top Doctor by the Tampa Bay Magazine for the last 4 years ( 2022 to 2025). She is passionate about her work but in her spare time finds time for many other pursuits. She has won pageant titles and acted in two movies and also models for charity. She is a busy mom of two daughters and loves to cook, travel and design outfits amongst her many talents.


Dr. Payal Patel
Dr. Payal Patel is a board-certified pediatrician for the past 24 years practicing in the Tampa Bay Area. Sunshine Pediatrics of Florida is now in 4 locations as above Lutz, Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and Zephyrhills. As a AAAАНС certified medical home since 2017, and a team of 4 doctors and 2 NPs have been essential in providing care at multiple locations.
They have urgent and weekend hours available as well, to provide comprehensive pediatric and adolescent care. Although she is well versed in general pediatrics, her area of expertise in physical fitness, mental health, and adolescent health.

Dr. Monica Shah is a board-certified rheumatologist based in Tampa, Florida, recognized as Tampa’s Top Doctor in Rheumatology since 2023. She is a clinical preceptor for a rheumatology fellowship program and is deeply passionate about medical education and mentoring the next generation of rheumatologists.

Dr. Reham Sadek
Dr. Reham Sadek, MD is a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, and Board Certified in Obesity Medicine. A Cairo University graduate, she trained at Chicago Medical School and completed her Fellowship at the USF. Dr. Crystal Jacovino
Dr. Crystal Jacovino, DO, FACE is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at KMG Medical, overseeing clinical quality and provider operations across KMG’s national telehealth services, including medical weight loss, Cove migraine care, Nurx Sexual and Reproductive Health, Keeps Men’s Health, and Nurx Mental Health. She is a dual board-certified Endocrinologist and Internist with 13+ years of experience in clinical care, academic medicine, and scalable telehealth operations. Dr. Jacovino is known for translating complex medicine into high-quality, compliant clinical systems that support both patient outcomes and provider experience.


Dr. Doris Hansen
Dr. Doris Hansen is an Associate Member and Professor in the Department of Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Immunotherapy, as well as a practicing hematologist within the Immune Cell Therapy (ICE-T) Program at Moffitt Cancer Center and the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
Her clinical and research interests focus on utilizing autologous transplantation and immunotherapies to improve outcomes for patients with multiple myeloma. Dr. Hansen’s work centers on characterizing both clinical and patient-reported outcomes among individuals receiving immunotherapies, while also examining the impact of inflammation and immunity on treatment toxicity and efficacy in this patient population.


Dr. Ishna Poojary-Hohman
Dr. Ishna Poojary-Hohman is a board-certified Pulmonary and Critical Care physician with a specialized focus on advanced lung diseases and the life-saving field of lung transplantation. Now based in the Tampa Bay region, she brings nearly a decade of clinical experience to her patients, combining clinical precision with deep compassion.

Dr. Himali Jayakody, founder and medical director of Pediatric NeuroCare Institute, is triple board-certified in Neurology with special qualifications in Child Neurology, Epilepsy, and Neurophysiology. Dr. Mariko Brandon is a board-certified Adult Psychiatrist with over 10 years’ experience. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and then went onto Nashville, TN to study medicine. She is a proud graduate of Meharry Medical College and completed residency training at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Narissa Etwaroo
Dr. Narissa Etwaroo, MD, FAPA is a board-certified psychiatrist and addiction specialist serving the Tampa Bay community. She completed her psychiatry residency at LSU and an Addiction Psychiatry fellowship at USF. Dr. Etwaroo is a Psychiatrist at Rogers Behavioral Health, specializing in intensive treatment for depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma-related, and substance use disorders. She also contributes to high-acuity programs with Banyan Treatment Center and is active in community leadership through 200 Muslim Women.

Dr. Bonnie Koo
Meet Dr. Bonnie Koo, MD- a board-certified dermatologist, master certified life coach, and author of Defining Wealth for Women.
A long time resident of NJ & NYC she recently moved to Tampa, FL and we are so happy she is here!
Bonnie earned her medical degree at Columbia University and completed her dermatology residency at UC Irvine and started her career as the Director of Hospital Dermatology at Northwell Health in NY.
Over time, Bonnie noticed a recurring theme among high-achieving women physicians: despite professional success, many were navigating burnout and stress around money.

Dr. Lisa Vaccaro, DO is an Emergency Medicine Physician practicing at AdventHealth Carrollwood. Dr. Lauren Sequeira
Meet Dr. Lauren Sequeira, MD- a board-certified Family Medicine physician with experience in acute care, telemedicine, and medical consulting. She completed her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University, medical school at the American University of Antigua, and residency at Ellis Hospital in Upstate New York.
Dr. Sequeira currently serves the Medical Director at Slieagen, a company supporting global clinical trials, while also providing private medical consulting to advance patient-centered care and medical research.
She also wears many hats in her personal life: wife and mom of three, Girl Scout troop leader, active PTA member, and one of the founding admin of Tampa Female Physicians. She serves as an Assistant Professor at Lincoln Memorial University and support physician training through the University of South Florida’s Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, where she mentors the next generation of clinicians. Rucha Kharwa Patel, MD
Rucha Kharwa Patel, MD, is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with a strong commitment to accessible, high-quality patient care. She serves as a Physician Partner at Urgent Care & Wellness Center in Lutz, Florida, and Urgent Care of New Port Richey in New Port Richey, Florida. She is also the Medical Director and a Physician Partner at Carolina Urgent Care, with locations in Chapel Hill and Durham, North Carolina.
