The Women Who Lead Fund

A Visionary Women in Medicine Campaign by Tampa Female Physicians

Abstract black background with glowing horizontal pink light in the center and overlapping gold diagonal lines on the edges.

Empowering women physicians to lead, innovate, and create lasting community impact.

Women physicians are at the forefront of patient care, education, research, and advocacy—yet remain underrepresented in leadership, entrepreneurship, and decision-making roles.

The Women Who Lead Fund was created to change that.

This time-bound campaign invests directly in women physician leadership and physician-led initiatives that strengthen women’s health, advance health equity, uplift underserved communities, and improve care for children and families across Tampa Bay.
